Please provide image references and preferably additional short description.
Please be patient. Let me know beforehand if you require a deadline so I can prioritize accordingly.
I have the right to decline requests.
I will generally take liberty on poses/angle/composition. However if the commissioner wishes to have a specific pose, please provide reference.
W.I.Ps are presented upon request (but I may send them at my leisure or if I remember).
Please do not alter/trace my art and/or claim it as your own creation.
Please seek my consent if you wish to make minor changes to the commissioned art (crop, render, add filters etc.).
Do not crop my signature/logo or remove my watermark.
Commissioned art is for PERSONAL USE only, non-commercial and non-profitable.

I can only accept payment through Paypal (International) or bank transfer (Philippines).
I will send you an invoice once I am ready to start on your order.
I will only start once payment has been finalized.
I will allow revisions at the end if they are only minor changes.
Major revisions such as: change in clothing, scenery, color scheme, pose, will no longer be entertained at the final stage. You are welcome to message me for updates if it is a particularly big project.
cancellation/refund
You may not cancel or demand a refund after payment has been made for ANY reason. This is why you have to be SURE of what you want before placing an order and make sure that you communicate with me first so we have a clear understanding.
Refunds and cancellation will be allowed only if I will not be able to fulfill your request due to personal reasons.

THE ARTIST
The artist holds the rights to the produced image/artwork. This means the artist is allowed to use her own artwork in addition to her portfolio (online or otherwise), and use it to promote herself.
The artist will be allowed to post said artworks in art communities and social media (with watermark, to also protect the commissioner).
The artist will not use commissioned Original Characters commercially.
THE COMMISSIONER
The commissioner holds the rights to the original character they provided as reference, but not to the artwork itself. This means OCs (original characters) are owned by the commissioner and the commissioner alone. The artwork belongs to the artist. However, a clear watermark will be placed over the art when posted online.
The commissioner will NOT be allowed to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. It is only for PERSONAL USE.
The commissioner WILL NOT claim the art as their own work.
The commissioner WILL NOT remove the artist’s signature or watermark. They will be very small and unobtrusive already.
The commissioner WILL NOT alter the artwork without consent of the artist.
The commissioner WILL GIVE proper credit to the artist when sharing artwork online by linking their twitter: http://twitter.com/pyololu
